This Liverpool landmark was built using POW labour from the Battle of Waterloo and forms an integral part of the famous Mersey Skyline. Like many old buildings the Waterloo Warehouse needs Regular Maintenance to keep it watertight, operational and safe. The ancient iron downpipes over the dockside had become rusted, blocked and loose causing damp problems inside the building and a falling object hazard to dock users below.
A typical job for SAS; using rope access qualified tradesmen the downpipes were unblocked, repaired, cleaned and painted. No fuss, no disruption and a very satisfied customer.
